STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
FOR INSPECTOR AND OTHER REVELVANT STAFF WORKING WITH B.L.

GENERAL STATEMENT
This document is issued pursuant to B.L.鈥檚  express policy and standard that all dealings with B.L.鈥檚 customers will be conducted with the highest level of ethical behavior and in complete compliance with the spirit and the letter of the law and applicable regulations.
Improper activities, or even the appearance of impropriety, could result in serious consequences to B.L, and any of its inspector or other relevant staff involved in such activities. An inspector or other relevant staff鈥檚 adherence to this Policy is a significant indicator of his or her judgment and competence, and will be taken into consideration when evaluating future employment awards and opportunity.

STATEMENT OF POLICY

Our objective is to excel as a responsible and reputable supplier of ships and shipbuilding technology to B.L.鈥檚 commercial customers. In pursuit of this objective, neither inspector nor other relevant staff shall in connection with any transactions, engage in any conduct that violates any law or is otherwise inconsistent with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
Particular attention shall be given that neither inspector nor other relevant staff shall:
Be associated directly or indirectly with improper payments, sometimes referred to as 鈥渂ribes鈥 or 鈥渒ickbacks鈥,in obtaining prime contracts, commercial contracts, or awarding subcontracts to vendors.
Make any payment or transfer anything of valve, directly or indirectly:
銆銆1)to any Governmental Official or Employee(including employees of Government Corporations),or to any political party or candidate,
銆銆2)to any officer, director, employee, or representative of any actual or potential customer of B.L,
銆銆3)to any officer, director or employee of B.L or any of its affiliates, or
銆銆4)to any other person or entity if such payment or transfer would violate the laws of the country in which inspection is made.
Accept and/or request gifts other than routine advertising or promotional material from vendors or customers, nor hospitality other than occasional meals at which business is conducted.
Disregard published policies of governmental agencies with respect or entertainment, gifts or other business courtesies.
Participate in any commercial transaction in check any member of his/her family would derive a benefit directly or indirectly.
Account for time charges which do not accurately reflect time and job worked.
Knowingly misrepresent in any way the condition or status of products being prepared or offered for inspection, testing, or delivery.
Intentionally allocate costs to contracts contrary to contract provisions or accepted accounting practices.
Leak confidential information, both technical and commercial, about B.L.鈥檚  customer, which comes to his or her knowledge to a third party.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
Violations will be grounds for disciplinary actions, including termination of applicable contracts as appropriate for the particular violation. B.L reserves the right to inform his or her future鈥檚 employer of the misconduct.

CERTIFICATION
The inspector or other relevant staff hereby agrees to abide by requirements contained herein, and agrees to submit annually to B.L.鈥檚 written confirmation of compliance with all said requirement and policy stated herein.
